Patrizia Reggiani talks about Lady Gaga's upcoming movie: "I want to disassociate myself"
Italian national broadcast company RAI, interviewed Patrizia Reggiani about the upcoming Ridley Scott's movie about the assassination of her ex husband Maurizio (Gucci's Grandson). Lady Gaga is scheduled to play Patrizia. When asked about her thoughts about the movie, Patrizia replied that she didn't approve nor was asked about her opinion about the making. Patrizia was tried and convicted of orchestrating her ex-husband’s assassination on the steps of his office in 1995. She served 18 years before being let out of jail in 2016. Read the full translation by us below: Patrizia Reggiani, did you know that Ridley Scott is about to make a movie with Lady Gaga about your life? How do you feel that they're putting what's happened in a movie? I want to disassociate myself from it because I have two daughters. I don't want them to see what happened and relive the situation about their father. So you're not happy about this news, I suppose you read about it in the newspapers? Absolutely not. What are you most afraid of? The fact that your daughters will experience it again? Yes, exactly. What's your relationship with your daughters today? It's nonexistent. They say I'm guilty because I wanted the inheritance. You mean that famous contract that said that if something happened to your husband Maurizio Gucci, you'd get a huge amount of money? How much are we talking about? Yes that one. I believe almost 1 million Swiss Francs. Later during the show, Italian producer and actress Tiziana Rocca shared her meeting with Lady Gaga in Las Vegas during her promotional tour for A Star is Born, saying how Gaga told her how much she loved Italians and how she still wants to prove to be a good actress even beyond music. Ridley Scott's movie about Gucci doesn't have a release date yet. Ridley is famous for directing Alien, The Gladiator, Blade Runner, Hannibal and many more. Watch the original interview by RAI below.

"I've discovered myself through makeup, that's what made me feel beautiful, that's what made me invent Lady Gaga. The idea is seeded in being kind to yourself using makeup. We want you to love yourself!" - Lady Gaga explains when asked about why she started Haus Laboratories, her makeup line. NikkieTutorials brings out the first ever Haus Labs eyeshadow palette Glam Room No. 01. "Glam Room No. 01, what this means is there's going to be Glam Room 2, 3, 4, 5 6..." says Lady Gaga. So, it is safe to say that we can expect vibrant colors in the near future of Haus Laboratories. NikkieTutorials asks, where do you see yourself in 10 years? Lady Gaga joins David Beckham as ambassador for Tudor Watch
Lady Gaga and David Beckham reflect on their careers in this video, which introduces the second part of the Tudor Watch's 'Born To Dare' campaign. Watch below. Lady Gaga opened up about her partnership with Tudor in a new interview by the Telegraph.uk. Read an except from the interview below: Two years ago, when Tudor announced Lady Gaga as its first official celebrity ambassador alongside David Beckham, some of the brand's die-hard fans expressed their reservations. The link between the then 91-year-old company and the outspoken artist and activist felt tenuous to them, but for Tudor the message was clear. Lady Gaga spoke with the Telegraph about her partnership with the brand and opened up about why she chose to be an ambassador for them which you can read below. Tudor agreed to work with director Mark Romanek for its very first campaign with Gaga. The idea was to have the two sides of Gaga battle against each other in a piano duel. The result is a short film that she refers to as daring, celebrating her talent as a musician and relating it to Tudor's talent as a watchmaker. "Sometimes in this industry, people just want to use your face and your fame to sell a product, but that is not at all what this is," she says. Gaga likens it to her two different shows currently in Las Vegas, Enigma and Jazz & Piano. "It's like the Tudor commercial, showing two sides to me," she says. "I came to Vegas, and thought why only offer one part of what I do when I've been performing jazz music since I was a little girl? Why wouldn't I bring all of the weapons in my arsenal with me to tackle this town?" "Style was almost like shedding a skin. I would dye my hair, or wear a wig, or change my clothes, and my style would just be completely different because I wanted to feel like a different person. "I'm more grown up now and my style has changed, but I still transform from day to day. There's a lot of pressure in the world to look a certain way and I think people try to keep up all the time. I'm not really into that. When I'm zigging, I like to zag later." [...] Tudor gave me a wide variety of watches for all sexual identities. I experiment with stacking them and wearing multiple watches together. It might seem silly to some, but I think it's quite fun and daring to wear several watches that all tell the same time at once." "I reinvent myself because I like to," she says. "It challenges me. I've asked myself recently, 'Why do you always have to make something new? Why can't you just relax?' And the answer is, 'I don't know'. The reward is in the creative process - and that's also something that Tudor loves, being innovative and different but also honouring its heritage as a brand." Despite being fiercely proud of her music, Gaga insists that she would rather people remember her for speaking out. "I think that if you become a big star, you have a duty to use your voice for good, to inspire young people to be brave, to have a purpose in the world that goes beyond their beauty or being loved for having lots of [social media] followers," she says. "If I'm not artistically fulfilled by a collaboration and I don't believe in what it stands for, then there's no point. Working with Tudor is working with people who don't try to change me to sell their product, which is unique. The brand is a rarity, a diamond." Read the full interview here.

Hotel Maid Puts Lady Gaga's Golden Globe Dress On Auctions
Lady Gaga's dress from the 2019 Golden Globes is set to go on auction at the end of the month. Sources tell TMZ that Gaga left the Valentino Haut Couture dress behind after winning a Golden Globe as Best Actress for her role in A Star is Born. A maid at Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles found the dress in Gaga's hotel room last February and brought it to lost and found where it sat until the hotel gave it to her back. Now the maid is trying to put the dress on auction. The dress came with a note from the maid: Law enforcement sources tell TMZ someone from Valentino made an incident report with Beverly Hills Police on Friday about the missing dress. We're told the issue is being worked out between the hotel and designer ... and the dress will likely get yanked from the auction block. Lady Gaga's dress is a Valentino Haute Couture periwinkle blue gown, designed specifically for Lady Gaga with cascading silk faille and a 10-foot train -- an homage to the dress worn by Judy Garland in the 1954 version of "A Star is Born." Gaga's dress should go up for sale on Halloween via Nate D. Sanders Auctions, and bidding opens at $8,000. Source.

Ryan Murphy talks his favorite ’American Horror Story’ Episode‘s
To celebrate American Horror Story's 100th episode, Entertainment Weekly asked series creator and writer, Ryan Murphy, about his favorite episodes from all 9 seasons. The first episode of American Horror Story: Hotel (Season 5), featuring Lady Gaga's television debut as The Countess, scored #3 on Ryan's list. Here's what he said: "I love this episode for so many reasons, most of them Gaga. I loved working with her so much then, and now. I am so proud of where she’s gone as an actress, but she always had chops, right from the minute she stepped on the set. She is a born actress. My favorite sequence in the episode was the vampire stalking with her and Matt Bomer, underneath the genius song “She Wants Revenge.” Gaga’s idea, by the way. It was like making a ten-minute silent movie, all the shots were very planned and choreographed. I would do countless takes just to get the train of Gaga’s red dress to move right. We shot a huge chunk of it in The Hollywood Forever cemetery, and I remember Gaga and Matt and I went wondering between the takes looking at all the beautiful and haunting tombstones. And I loved that we used Nosferatu, one of my favorite movies. Gaga and Matt were so fearless about the sex and all the bloodletting, they were pros about it and perfectionists. I think I enjoyed this so much because Gaga cares about IT ALL. We spent hours on the looks, the backstory of The Countess. She threw a “getting to know you” party at her house in Malibu right before filming this episode and I remember Kathy Bates and I having a moment looking at each other like, “Is this really happening? Did she dye the pool blood red?” Gaga never disappoints. She is incapable of disappointing." Discover Ryan Murphy's favorite episodes of American Horror Story here.

Bappi Lahiri Records Two Duets With Lady Gaga
Bappi Lahiri has revealed that he recently recorded two duets with Lady Gaga. The Indian singer, composer and producer recently broke the news while speaking to the Mumbai Mirror, where he opened up about the upcoming tracks. He didn't give many details away, but he did explain that Gaga sings both tracks in English while he sings in Hindi. While no release date has been set yet, Lahiri said that he is now waiting for the release of the two tracks to be green lit, and he hopes they are released by the end of the year. He recently celebrated 50 years in the industry as a composer, and is famous for popularising the use of synthesised disco music in Indian cinema. The news of this collaboration broke just days after Gaga tweeted 'Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavnatu', a Sanskrit mantra and Hindu prayer. It translates to "May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all". It is unclear whether these tracks are intended for Gaga's upcoming sixth album or not, but it looks like new music is definitely on the way. Read an excerpt from the interview with Bappi Lahiri below. Speaking to the Mumbai Mirror, he said, "Yes, two duets, with her singing in English and me in Hindi in my inimitable style. We are now waiting for the release to be greenlit, hopefully by the year-end." You can read the full article here.

Sarah Tanno talks working with Gaga, Haus Labs, AHS & more
Lady Gaga's makeup artist, long-time friend and Haus Laboratories global artistry director Sarah Tanno opens up the doors of her house and beauty closet to Harper Bazaar's Beauty Stash team where she discusses creating for Haus Labs and Lady Gaga's most iconic transformations in American Horror Story, A Star Is Born, and her Super Bowl halftime performance. "This is kinda where it all starts for me. Before I make my mood boards, I like to actually hold and turn the pages of a book" Sarah Tanno reveals to Harper's Bazaar as she points to an image in the book Dior Backstage that served as an inspiration for Gaga's weapon-like Met Gala lashes. The beauty room is extremely organized, covered in pictures of Gaga's most iconic looks and a mood board that spans the length of an entire wall. "Even with Haus Laboratories before I create a collection, sometimes, I make a board to get me in the mood" Tanno adds. She goes on to show the golden lashes that acted as a precursor to Gaga's custom Met look, although the real ones are displayed at Haus of Gaga Las Vegas, she says. Sarah Tanno has previously won an Emmy for working on Lady Gaga's makeup for the 5th installment of the popular FX series, American Horror Story: Hotel. "With Gaga, I get to work in different media for makeup, which I think a lot of people don't get to experience. I get to do TV, film and stage makeup, red carpet makeup, everything you can think of. I've learn so much through all of this, it is such a blessing" Tanno exclaims as she details her experience working with Gaga. "Here I keep all the products that I am testing for Haus Laboratories" Tanno says as she promises to show what is in store for the brand to the interviewer and points to a set of drawers in her desk that contain lab samples and approved products for Haus Labs. She sits down, creates looks and sends pictures to Gaga as she tests out the products. Tanno reveals that her favorite look that she has done on Gaga is the Super Bowl makeup as she opens up a drawer full of custom eye pieces that culminated in the final set of stickers used for the performance. "I was crying on the filed" Tanno says as she describes the unforgettable moment. Inside the same drawer, Tanno also shows the sticker eyebrows that Jackson Maine peels off Ally in A Star Is Born. One of the coolest pieces she has in her beauty room has to be the makeup book that contains the pictures of each of Gaga's 68 original looks from Horror Story from different angles. She reveals that Gaga's makeup looks in Hotel progresses as her love interests change. Working with Gaga, Sarah has also picked up some tips and tricks from the superstar when it comes to makeup. She reveals that using argan oil to remove heavy eye makeup is something she has learnt from Gaga. Watch the interview down below:

Lady Gaga to re-release ARTPOP without R. Kelly
Following the overwhelming critics about her past collaboration with singer R. Kelly (I Believe I Can Fly), Lady Gaga decided to re-release her 4th studio album ARTPOP removing the song from the tracklist. In 2013 Lady Gaga released her collaboration with R. Kelly called "Do What You Want (With My Body)" as promo single from her album ARTPOP. The song was produced by DJ White Shadow and talks about how Gaga doesn't care about media trashing her body image publicly. Following its huge success after the release on iTunes, Lady Gaga announced that the song would have replaced Venus as second single. The music video with Kelly was shoot and directed by Terry Richardson, but it was never released after Robert's rape accusations. Following the release of the Lifetime series Surviving R. Kelly, which documented the sexual abuse allegations against the singer, Gaga made a statement announcing that the song would be removed from streaming platforms from January 2019. ARTPOP will be released again on November 11th without Do What You Want. A version of the song featuring Christina Aguilera, released a few months after the original is still available on streaming services.

Fortnite’s most famous Streamer: Discord: Leading streaming platform: But the most notable reply of all has to be that of Fortnite’s very own Worldwide Creative Director, Donald Mustard with a simple ask: “Call me.” A Lady Gaga X Fortnite collab could look anything like something as simple as a skin set of one of Gaga’s many iconic looks, or an in-game concert event. Both fans of Lady Gaga and Fortnite are already suspecting a collab between the two along the lines of Fortnite’s history making first ever virtual in game concert with Marshmello.

Enigma Returns to Las Vegas
Lady Gaga's residency Enigma and Jazz & Piano Engagement shows returned to Park MGM Las Vegas after a lengthy break of almost 4 months, on May 30th, on the same day as the opening of her "Haus of Gaga" exhibition in the same venue where the most iconic and memorable outfits, looks and props of her decade-long career are on display. Earlier in the evening, she made a brief appearance at "Haus of Gaga" to celebrate the opening with the attending fans and visitors, signing the wall right under the "Haus of Gaga" logo inside the store. Later in the night, she put on, yet again, another stellar performance of her acclaimed Enigma residency, performing the same set, unaltered, as before. In a very sincere moment, she took time to send a message to a fan's boyfriend over FaceTime. While performing Judas, she almost fell while being taken off the robotic apparatus by her dancers. However, she continued her show immediately after without any interruption. On June 1st, she performed another night of her Enigma show, kicking the official Pride month off with a celebration of the LGBTQ+ community that has been supporting her ever since the beginning of her career. She picked up a rainbow flag, running around frantically, joyously and proudly smiling. On June 2nd, she performed her Jazz & Piano set to another sold-out crowd at Park MGM Las Vegas. This show gave way to several intimate and emotional moments during which she spoke about her failed engagement to ex-fiancé Christian Carino. “Last time I sang this song, I had a ring on my finger. So it’ll be different this time” Lady Gaga announced before singing “Someone to Watch Over Me.” After her show, she joined her friend and collaborator Brian Newman on stage for his late-night lounge gig "After Dark" at Las Vegas’ NoMad Restaurant inside NoMad Hotel at Park MGM. The duo performed 6 songs together which included “I Can’t Give You Anything But Love,” “Call Me Irresponsible,” “Don’t Let Me Be Misunderstood,” “Orange Colored Sky” “Ev’ry Time Say Goodbye” and “Fly Me to the Moon.” Lady Gaga belted out marvelous vocals, even at times without a microphone. After a few songs into the impromptu set, Lady Gaga asked for a chair to be brought onto the stage out of exhaustion and blamed it on "two and half hours of performing and five glasses of whiskey.” Check out additional videos from her various performances May 30 - June 2nd: ENIGMA JAZZ & PIANO BRIAN NEWMAN: AFTER DARK

Haus of Gaga opens in Las Vegas
Lady Gaga's much anticipated Haus of Gaga LV is officially set to open in Park MGM Las Vegas at 12pm, May 31st. Lady Gaga took to Twitter earlier today to post a brief teaser clip showcasing the interior of the space: Haus of Gaga LV is described as an "evolving space that will transform visitors through the history and vision of Haus of Gaga, featuring exclusive merch and memorabilia." The space will, therefore, not only encapsulate the most memorable moments in Lady Gaga's career but also will house never-before-seen Lady Gaga merchandise for fans and visitors to purchase. The museum curated by Lady Gaga's fashion director and stylist Nicola Formichetti will feature a multitude of iconic outfits and props that Lady Gaga has worn throughout the span of her decade-long career, from The Fame until A Star Is Born. Some iconic pieces featured in Lady Gaga's Haus of Gaga include the controversial Meat Dress, Lady Gaga's personal favorite, the Alexander McQueen gown that she wore to the VMAs red carpet back in 2010, the dazzling Armani Prive gown from the red carpet of Grammys 2010, the blood-covered bodysuit from her acclaimed debut performance at VMAs 2009, the iconic red dress from the cover of Vanity Fair's January 2012 issue, as well as various pieces seen during her tours such as The Monster Ball, The Born This Way Ball and The artRave. Take an exclusive first look at Haus of Gaga Las Vegas: Read the exclusive interview made to the curator of the museum Nicola Formichetti by PAPER Magazine below: PAPER: Lady Gaga's 2009 VMAs performance of "Paparazzi" is what really shifted her career. It's the moment the world realized she wasn't your average pop star. Nicola Formichetti: We felt that, too. Being with her around that time — that's the first year we started working together, and it was incredible to see her on stage next to the other [famous] artists. That performance was unbelievable. I remember we were trying to figure out the blood coming out because we were all perfectionists, so we wanted the blood to come out at the perfect time, and we were backstage praying. [Laughs] But everything was perfect. What were the conversations you had with her around the concept? Because bleeding and dying on stage is pretty extreme. [Laughs] It was the idea of the fame that killed her, so it was quite theatrical. There were so many things going on: the choreography was incredible, her playing the piano really in the zone. We worked on the performance for a long time. We research a lot, and study a lot. There are spontaneous aspects to it, but we plan everything to be a perfect performance. The only thing we didn't want is the mechanical problems. That is the only thing we were praying for. Famous pop stars at that time weren't taking fashion seriously. "Bad Romance," for example, premiered on the Alexander McQueen runway, which was livestreamed on SHOWStudio. That's what made your relationship with Gaga so special. I come from the fashion world, so for me, when we started working together it was so normal to cover her in fashion. Because that was such a perfect thing, but that time there weren't people doing that. So I think it was such a special moment in the beginning, with [Alexander] McQueen and Nick Knight. She totally embraced that fashion culture, and she, in a way, made fashion alive. She kind of bridged pop culture and fashion and music. She opened the door for other artists to do that today, because today you have to work with fashion. It's all together. It has to be 360 [degrees]. But at that time, it wasn't like that. We started that. "[Lady Gaga] opened the door for other artists, because today you have to work with fashion. It's all together. It has to be 360 [degrees]. But at that time, it wasn't like that. We started that." When you worked with Gaga, did you design the looks to become iconic? They've all had such an incredible cultural impact. No, she made it iconic. She performs in it; she becomes that [character] to make it better and take it to another level. She's very much a part of the creative process, and, of course, she's using her body and her face and her image. But she's very behind the scenes, as well — making things and cutting things, putting safety pins on, trying to make it better and new... And then we make it iconic [Laughs]. The Born This Way era was packed with so many different ideas, like in the 14-minute "Marry the Night" video. What was your approach? We were looking at it as more of a fashion story in a magazine. Every shot is a different outfit. We really went into the extreme of it. That time was very important — the fashion and the photographers and film directors, from Nick Knight to Steven Klein and Inez & Vinoodh. We really worked with them to elevate the whole thing. It was like an orgasm. Looking back on everything you created together, what was the hardest look to pull off? Well, there's a red carpet — a red carpet, you get one chance, so it has to be perfect. It has to be 360 [degrees]. If you're outside with the hair, there's movement. The meat dress was exciting because I came in with a little fridge and Franc [Fernandez] made the dress, and it was inside the little freezer. Gaga's mom was like, "What's she wearing today?" And I was like, "It's in the fridge" [Laughs]. There was a message: We're all the same, we're all made of meat. This was an evolution of another outfit we did for Vogue Hommes Japan: The meat bikini, and then we wanted to do something a bit more red carpet-y with the same idea [Laughs]. The Monster Ball costumes specifically are so worn in. You can tell she really wore them to the near death. How did you make sure these looks withstood the drama? I know, we try to make it as comfortable as possible. But she cares about her fans so much, that if it looks good in the end, she's going to still wear it regardless. That's why we love her, because she commits. So our job is to try and make the most impactful [look], but also make it comfortable for her to perform in. But sometimes you can't get the effect [with comfort], so she'll be like, "Okay let's go!" But when she has to perform in that every night, sometimes it's very hard. Still, she commits and I love that. Did these looks all come from an archive? Yes, it's a very secured, temperature-managed, numbered archive in California. Is there a full-time staff? Of course, because we respect fashion so much. Also her props and all her gifts from her fans. It's all kept in a really beautiful space. Is Gaga as intense working with you behind the scenes as she is performing on stage? Yeah, she's very much the same Gaga front and back. Also, I love the fact that she really respects artists and other designers. She's one of the first people to encourage me to do my own stuff. She's one of the reasons why I took [on being creative director at] Mugler. It's super fun when we work together. When I stopped working for her for a while, Brandon Maxwell took over and now Brandon is doing his own design job, and there are so many people coming out from Brandon's camp. We're all friends and still talk to each other, and I think it's super cool. What brought you and Gaga back together? I loved doing my own thing, I still do. I was kind of missing the performance aspect of it. We always kept in contact, but I think [Enigma], the Vegas show, was a good moment for me to start collaborating again, and now it's full on [Laughs]. "There are so many memories [in this museum]. It's her life, it's our lives. It's almost like perfume — you remember that moment with a smell." As co-curator, how did you choose what made it into the Haus of Gaga Museum? This place is ever-evolving. We want to switch things up, we want to keep changing. One of the most fun things we did was actually collaborate with her Little Monsters. That was very special for me. We contacted all the super fans, her Little Monsters, to initially get the vibe of what kinds of stuff they wanted to see. Which looks were their favorite, and also fact checking [Laughs]. They're so anal about the dates — Oh no, she wasn't wearing that shoe on that day — so we were checking facts with her Little Monsters. This space is for her fans, so I wanted to collaborate with her fans to give it back to them. Looking at this museum today, with years of your work on display, how do you feel? It's very emotional for us. There are so many memories. It's her life, it's our lives. It's almost like perfume — you remember that moment with a smell, it's very much like that. You look at it visually and you're like, Wow, I remember what I was doing at that time. For Gaga, it's difficult to choose favorite outfits because she always likes to move forward. She'd probably say the t-shirt that she's wearing [today] would be her favorite look right now. That's very you. [Laughs] We love what's next. It's interesting to look back, because we never look back. What we do normally is we'd probably style [these looks] differently and make something completely different out of the old stuff, right? But we didn't want to do that for this experience because we want people to feel that time. But we tweaked the space and made it more current, so it feels much more modern and also in-conjunction with the Enigma show. It feels quite digital. I think it's a very beautiful merge of the past and the future. A museum is quite symbolic. I know, when you start doing a museum it's almost like an end of the career. But [Gaga's] about to start. Of course, she's done 10 years, but we have so much crazy amazing stuff coming up this year and next year. It feels weird, but it's sort of like a nice 10-year stamp to say, Look what we did and thank you, in a way to her fans. But this is just the beginning, I feel. The movie [A Star Is Born] changed things completely. She just keeps surprising people. Do you feel the pressure to continually top yourselves? We don't feel that, actually. We always believe in our gut and we're pretty aware of what's around — what's cool and modern and new. I think we're okay. We have some stuff up our sleeves [Laughs].
