MGM released a new interview with the cast of House of Gucci. The virtual press conference was recorded a few months ago in Los Angeles.

Lady Gaga will join a Q&A Panel at the Palm Springs Film Festival to discuss her new movie "House of Gucci". Update: The Palm Springs International Film Festival awards show set for Thursday January 6 has been canceled due to Covid surge concerns. Those who purchased tickets for the Film Awards will be reimbursed. The event will take place at the Camelot Theatres in Palm Springs, CA on January 6th. Tickets for the event can be reserved here. It is yet unclear if Lady Gaga will attend in person or remotely.

Bradley Cooper and legendary director Ridley Scott joined Variety’s “Directors on Directors” special to talk about their work experiences. Both directors also talked about Lady Gaga and how how it was working with her on “A Star is Born” and “House of Gucci”. Ridley Scott revealed during the interview that his favorite scene of House Of Gucci is the “school yard” scene with Lady Gaga. Scott also mentioned that he contacted Gaga after seeing her performance in the 2018 version of “A Star Is Born”. You can watch the interview below.

The LA Times special consists of several actors who come together to discuss various topics. Past guests include Timothee Chalamet, Angelina Jolie, and Saoirse Ronan. The Palm Springs International Film Awards has just announced that Lady Gaga will be honoured at their upcoming ceremony as she is set to receive the Icon Award for her performance in “House Of Gucci” directed by Ridley Scott. This news was released with the following statement: “To many Lady Gaga is an icon through her music, but she continues to impress audiences with her iconic acting roles,” festival chairman Harold Matzner said in a statement. “Following her memorable performance in ‘A Star is Born,’ Lady Gaga yet again raises the bar in her portrayal of Patrizia Reggiani in ‘House of Gucci,’ the shocking true story of the family behind the Italian fashion empire. For this tour-de-force performance, it is our honor to present the icon award to Lady Gaga.” In the past this award has been awarded to the likes of Meryl Streep, Glenn Close, Tom Hanks, Willem Dafoe, Michael Douglas, and Robert Duvall (among others). The ceremony will be held in-person at the Palm Springs Convention Center on January 6th, 2022.

MTV shared a sneak peek of the new episode of MTV Unplugged featuring Lady Gaga & Tony Bennett. The episode will be broadcast on MTV on Dec. 16th.
