Fortnite Festival Season 2 has been announced with Lady Gaga as the headliner. Fortnite officially revealed the shop items and Festival Pass gear. In the Item Shop, players will be able to purchase the Chromatica Gaga Bundle which includes the Chromatica Armor outfit, Chromatica Bass, Chromatica Mic, “Stupid Love” Jam Track, and “Rain Check” emote. The items will also be available to purchase individually. The Festival Pass track will include items such as the Enigmatic Gaga Outfit, Chromatica Keytar, and the “Poker Face” Jam Track. “Poker Face” is available now. There are both free and paid options for the Festival Pass. To unlock items like the Enigmatic Gaga Outfit, players must purchase the Premium Reward Track for 1,800 V-Bucks. The following Jam Tracks will also be made available: “Applause,” “Bloody Mary,” “Born This Way,” “The Edge of Glory,” “Just Dance,” “Rain On Me,” and “Stupid Love.” “Bad Romance” has been previously featured in the game and is still available for purchase in the Shop. Lady Gaga’s Fortnite takeover will begin on February 22nd and end on April 22nd.

Lady Gaga shared new photos of her in the recording studio. The three Instagram posts showed her playing a guitar as well as a piano. Her caption also stated, “No I’m not making a rock album,” contrary to popular speculation about LG7.

Todd Phillips, director of the Joker sequel Folie à Deux, shared new pictures from the film on Instagram in honor of Valentine’s Day. The pictures include a shot of Joaquin Phoenix in his full Joker costume alongside Lady Gaga, as well as a shot of the pair dancing on a rooftop. The director also confirmed that the first trailer for the movie has been scheduled for April 2024. The post comes after director of photography Lawrence Sher discussed the relationship music has with the overall movie. "Joker: Folie à Deux" is set to be released on October 4th.

Lady Gaga was seen at Super Bowl LVIII in Las Vegas along with her boyfriend Michael Polansky. The sighting comes after Gaga was seen performing at a private event in Las Vegas the night before. Gaga was spotted at Allegiant Stadium in Vegas wearing a San Francisco 49ers jacket along with face jewels similar to those she wore for her halftime show in 2017.

She was most recently recording in Los Angeles for Joker: Folie à Deux where she also recorded “Sweet Sounds of Heaven” with The Rolling Stones. Gaga has used the studio in the past for songs from Joanne, A Star Is Born, and Love For Sale.

On the morning of July 21st, 2023, it was announced that the music icon Tony Bennett had passed away. Bennett was a class act and timeless asset to the legacy of jazz and music as a whole. As a twenty-time Grammy Award winner, Bennett was synonymous with greatness. He truly defined what it meant to dedicate your life to your craft. After serving in World War II, Bennett began his career as a jazz singer. His talent would go on to be celebrated for decades to come. Tony Bennett met Lady Gaga in 2011 when they recorded their first duet “The Lady is a Tramp.” They then created their first album together, Cheek to Cheek. It won Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album at the Grammys. Their second and final record, Love For Sale, won the same award, and received nominations for Album Of The Year and Record Of The Year. Tony will be remembered for generations to come. We will always be grateful for his gift to the world: music. Rest in peace, Mr. Bennett.

Lady Gaga’s latest brand partnership has been announced. Similar to Khloe Kardashian, Gaga is working with Nurtec ODT and Pfizer to bring awareness to migraines, chronic pain, and medical remedies to combat these symptoms. On Pfizer’s website, Gaga states: “My experience with migraines was debilitating. I would be in bed for days with tremendous pain in my head, behind my eyes, and all throughout my face. I couldn’t read or have any lights on, and I needed to be alone in a quiet room for hours that could lead to days until the pain subsided.” Footage of her Chromatica Ball Tour was used in the ad to convey Gaga’s personal relationship with performing and the pain she experiences. Director of Joker: Folie à Deux Todd Phillips shared a brand new still of Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn. The shot comes as principal photography on the film closed April 4th. Joker: Folie à Deux now enters post-production and is set to release in October of 2024.

For the past three days, Joker: Folie à Deux co-stars Lady Gaga and Joaquin Phoenix have been filming scenes on the iconic stairs from the first film. She is nominated for Best Original Song for “Hold My Hand” from Top Gun: Maverick, which is nominated for Best Picture among many other awards. The iconic champagne house Dom Pérignon has released its newest commercial featuring Lady Gaga. The almost two-minute commercial promotes the latest 2013 aged champagne with artistic visuals including Lady Gaga. Directed by French artist Woodkid, the advertisment boasts a feeling of luxury and refinement, two things that are definitely associated with a brand such as Dom Pérignon. In addition to the commercial, there was a promotional shoot by Mario Sorrenti. As well as the shoot, Gaga did interviews with Wallpaper Magazine and ElPaís. The Dom Pérignon x Lady Gaga collaboration started in 2021 with a fashion film by Nick Knight. The collaboration has been considered a great success. In addition to the two ad campaigns, Dom Pérignon released limited champagne sculptures inspired by the bottle designs in the commercial, as well as an immersive experience at Harrod's in London.

Lady Gaga’s song from Top Gun: Maverick, “Hold My Hand,” has been nominated for Best Song at the Critics Choice Awards. Gaga has previously been nominated at the Critics Choice Awards for “Hello Hello” from Gnomeo & Juliet and her respective roles in House Of Gucci and A Star Is Born, having won the latter. The Critics Choice Awards will take place on January 15th at 7:00pm EST.

The submitted award categories include Song of the Year, Record of the Year, Best Song Written for Visual Media, and more. As well submissions for Top Gun, Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett’s CBS special One Last Time was submitted for Best Music Film.
