The "MAYHEM" ritual is complete: Lady Gaga's "MAYHEM Requiem," an Apple Music-exclusive concert film and live album, is out now.
The concert special was a one-night-only, phone-free experience filmed January 14, 2026, at the Wiltern in Los Angeles. Gaga reimagined "MAYHEM" in its entirety, with each song featuring a different arrangement from stripped-back acoustic versions to grunge and synthwave renditions.

Apple Music Live: MAYHEM Requiem by Lady Gaga on Apple Music
The Apple Music description reads, "When Lady Gaga set off on an international tour in support of MAYHEM ... she traveled the globe with her own opera house in tow. She built her own world, both nightmarish and ethereal, around the columns and ornate finishes of a gorgeous theater's facade, which served as the backdrop for her journey into the madness of MAYHEM. But now the opera house has been reduced to rubble–and it's time to prepare for MAYHEM's final act."
Apple Music also provided a behind-the-scenes look at the making of "MAYHEM Requiem," showing Gaga's creative process in the three days leading up to the performance. Watch here:
