Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars' smash hit "Die With A Smile" has broken the record for the longest-running No. 1 on the Global Spotify chart.
The song released in August 2024 reached No. 1 on the streaming platform in the summer of last year, and has now spent 121 days atop the global chart. The critically acclaimed duet officially dethrones Tones And I's "Dance Monkey".
The song continues to perform well across all music streaming platforms, currently topping the chart on Apple Music’s Global 100 and charting within the top ten on the U.S. 100 chart. The song also hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in January 2025 and has spent four weeks atop the chart.
The pair recently won a Grammy Award for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance at the 67th Grammy Awards earlier this February, and was also nominated for Song Of The Year.
"Die With A Smile" was released as a first single for Gaga's seventh studio album MAYHEM, set to release on March 7, 2025.
