Three daysย after the release of "Disease," Lady Gaga dropped the music video for the "LG7ย " era lead single tonight, October 29. The horror-themed music video arrives just in time for Halloween.

The video's choreography was directed by the Emmy Award-winning Parris Goebel, known for her work with Rihanna, Jennifer Lopez and Justin Bieber.ย

Less than an hour before the video's premiere, Gaga posted a message to her Instagram story:ย

"Disease is about facing that fear, facing myself and my inner darkness, and realizing that sometimes I can't win or escape the parts of myself that scare me. That I can try and run from them but they are still part of me and I can run and run but eventually I'll meet that part of myself again, even if only for a moment.

Gaga announced the music video earlier in the day, alongside news that a live performance of her Bruno Mars' duet "Die With a Smile" in Las Vegas would premiere at the same time.ย

Prior to the "Disease" single release, Gaga posted a 10-second teaser from the music video on social media, featuring a clip of her with dark hair and a white dress running from someone driving a car.ย

Earlier this week, Gaga teased there's "a LOT more to come" in an Instagram post. The music video also seemingly teases new music from LG7.
