Lady Gaga to Co-Host Elton John’s Oscars Viewing Party

Lady Gaga has signed on to co-host this year’s Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscars Viewing Party, alongside Billy Porter and Eric McCormack. The event is held annually on the evening of the Academy Awards in support of the foundation.

“Lady Gaga, Billy Porter and Eric McCormack are not only amazingly talented, but have greatly contributed to LGBTQ+ visibility and inclusion in entertainment – both on screen and in music,” David Furnish, who is chairman of the foundation and Elton’s husband, said of the event hosts. “I’m honored to have this group to join me on stage in West Hollywood Park to advocate for all marginalized groups affected by HIV.”

The event returns to its in-person format this year, taking place on Oscar Sunday, March 27 in West Hollywood Park.
