Gaga is guest starring in the video alongside her former collaborator Rosé from BLACKPINK. Ever since collaborating on Chromatica's "Sour Candy", Lady Gaga has never performed with any of the BLACKPINK members. This marks the first time Gaga appears with Rosé, after both of them collaborated with Bruno Mars with "Die With a Smile" and "APT." respectively.

In the video for "Fat, Juicy, & Wet," Gaga is seen dancing around with Bruno, Rosé and Sexyy Red. Gaga looks stunning as she rocks an all-black outfit, with a dark red wig, glasses, and her signature high heels.
