Last night, Lady Gaga appeared virtually to receive the prestigious “Artist of The Year” Award by the Harvard Foundation.
The award is given to celebrities who distinguish themselves for their efforts in social justice and mental health awareness.
Lady Gaga couldn’t attend the ceremony in person, but she made a virtual appearance to accept the award. During her speech she talked about the power of unlearning, systemic racism and her love towards her fans that pushed her to create The Born This Way Foundation 10 years ago.
