Lady Gaga Delves Into New 'Love For Sale' Palette

Lady Gaga's makeup brand, Haus Laboratories has just announced the release of their all-new eyeshadow palette. This palette is inspired by the singer's upcoming jazz album with Tony Bennett, both titled "Love For Sale".

The concept for the beauty brand has always been to encourage self-expression, creativity, bravery, and kindness. Gaga has spoken many times about the transformative powers of makeup and how it has changed her life. Makeup has played a huge role in the singer's own self-expression, and Gaga has "tried so many different products, so creating makeup that could withstand a stage performance was important to [her]."  Every product is tested by Gaga herself, including the all-new Love For Sale palette.

The creation of this palette was started back when Gaga and Bennett were recording their album together. Each shade is named after either a song from their album, or a famous jazz singer. Gaga boasts that the palette is completely made in Italy (just like herself), and that it features new and innovative formulas. The singer and entrepreneur spoke to the versatility of the palette and how each purchase makes a difference: "I actually use this palette every single day. And it’s also nice  because it’s called Love for Sale. It’s made with love, and it stands for love: One dollar from every purchase on Hauslabs.com will be donated to Tony Bennett’s charity, Exploring the Arts, which provides greater equity and opportunity in the arts for underserved teens."

Gaga teased that you can see the palette in action in her upcoming film, as her makeup artist, Sarah Tanno, used it to help the actress transform into the character of Patrizia Reggiani for Ridley Scott's "House of Gucci". She also hinted at a whole new Haus Labs collection that will be released soon as well.
