  2. Lady Gaga's dog walker, Ryan Fischer, who was shot by thieves attempting to kidnap her dogs, sat down with Gayle King on CBS This Morning to give his first television interview. The two addressed Ryan's injuries, overcoming his trauma and his healing practices. While discussing the aftermath of the shooting, Fischer revealed that Gaga has been highly supportive throughout his recovery. He revealed that he "stayed at her house for months", and that his family was flown out to Los Angeles to comfort him while he was being treated by trauma therapists. Fischer's comments debunk speculations that Gaga had not provided any support to him in the months following the incident, which began after he launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise additional funds for his recovery. To address these rumors, he said the following: “LG is very supportive of my journey right now and I think it is hard for people to understand why someone would go about healing in this way. I grew up Catholic, a Jesuit faith, and there is something about giving up your resources, giving up belongings, and to contribute that to society, so I know that doesn’t make sense to a lot of people but she totally gets it." For the next part of his recovery process, Fischer is planning to head to a trauma retreat for first responders and army soldiers, stating "I feel a bit of an outsider because I am a civilian but I also welcome hearing their stories and me sharing in my own and feeling what that feels like to share in stories of trauma and grief to then go forward."

  3. Hi everyone! Today is Day 20 of BeKind21, and my task for today is to start a gratitude journal. I was thinking that, instead of writing down the things I'm grateful for in a journal, I'd post them here and ask you all to do the same... Only if you want to, of course... Absolutely no pressure on anyone to share if they don't feel comfortable with it 🥰 Without further ado, here are some of the things I'm grateful for... - My family, my friends (especially irl but online too) and my pets. - Good, nice teachers. - Clean food and water. - My health. - Music (especially Gaga, but a few other artists too). - Movies, TV shows and musicals. - Comfortable clothing. - Art. - Jewelry. - The Health Service and the Fire Department because they help save people's lives. - Air conditioning/fans for when I'm too hot and heating systems/hot water bottles for when I'm cold. - Being loved. - And so much more! What kind of things are you grateful for? Feel free to share them in the comments! Thank you!

  4. 3 television specials for the promotional rollout of Love For Sale have been announced as part of a partnership between Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett and ViacomCBS, in their "biggest cross-platform music collaboration to date". The first is titled One Last Time: An Evening With Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga, and will air on CBS the Sunday of Thanksgiving weekend, November 28 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. The hour-long show is the filmed rendering of the two concerts the pair did at Radio City Music Hall in August. The show will be available for streaming on the Paramount Plus service. The second show will be MTV Unplugged: Tony Bennett & Lady Gaga, filmed in an intimate studio setting around the same time as the Radio City Music Hall shows. Though the airdate has yet to be confirmed, it is slated for this winter. Tony previously won a Grammy Award for Album of the Year for the recording of his 1995 MTV Unplugged special. The last of the specials will be a documentary called The Lady and the Legend, available exclusively via Paramount Plus, also with a premiere date yet to be announced. Described as providing “an intimate look into a beautiful friendship and musical partnership that transcends generations,” the special will include footage from the making of Love for Sale, the duo's 2014 album Cheek to Cheek, and their first collaboration The Lady is a Tramp in 2011. MTV also confirmed that the music video for Love For Sale, the album's title track, will premiere this Friday at 12pm ET, as part of a series of video premieres to promote the album. 7. Earlier today, Kathy Hochul, the current Governor of the State of New York, took to Twitter to announce that all of New York's landmarks will be lit in purple, blue, red, and pink, in honour of the Born This Way Foundation's BeKind21 campaign, which ended today, September 21st. She then talks about the importance of providing young people with mental health resources and goes on to thank Lady Gaga and the Born This Way Foundation for their continuous work for mental wellness. I think this is a lovely idea! It's so important to encourage people to talk about their mental heath! What do you think of this idea?

  10. Good Morning Vogue met up with House of Gucci costume designer Janty Yates to discuss the fashion for the film. Most notably, the pair talked about the numerous looks that Lady Gaga wore as she portrayed Patrizia Reggiani. Yates described Patrizia Gucci's style to be "quite extreme" with an excessive amount of jewels that had her "Christmas tree'd up". Gaga had a plethora of looks for the film. Yates noted that the actress had 54 script days and never once repeated anything, not even an earring. While creating the different outfits that Patrizia would wear in the film, Yates praised Gaga for being a "wonderful collaborator" and for thinking out each minute detail to the nth degree. The pair would make decisions on jewelry and accessories based on the mood of Patrizia in that particular scene. The film follows Patrizia through a drastic character arc that Yates helped demonstrate with fashion choices. The costume designer explained that at the beginning of the story, Patrizia is much younger and more simple with cashmere jumpers and little skirts, to full blown glamour with sequins, full dresses, and being "drenched in jewelry". As the film progresses and we see the end of Patrizia and Maurizio's relationship, Gaga can be seen wearing much "stronger" clothing, including leather jackets and even jeans. Yates said that Gaga was adamant about having her character get more "butched up" and that she wanted to dress like her Italian mother. Watch the full interview here. The interview included new official stills of Lady Gaga from House of Gucci. The movie, directed by Ridley Scott, is set to be released on November 24, 2021.

  11. The French actress Camille Cottin talks about working with Gaga in an interview with Olivia Lily Marks. For those who don't know her, she played in "Call My Agent" (a french TV show available on Netflix), Stillwater with Matt Demon (a movie released in September), and a few others shows/movies. So excited for the movie!

  12. Here is the 2nd Part of my CHROMATICA BALL CONCEPT. I hope you like it. Paws up, the journey continues. ACT II- MOTHERS PEAK STORYLINE As Gaga and the other crew members walk their way closer to the Volcanic formation in the North, everything seems to change. Their wounds seem to heal, their outer appearance shifts. All of the sudden, in all of them urges the will to fight for their right and a place in this universe. In the mindset of a warrior Gaga finds strength from being an outcast and a woman for the first time in her life. As they‘re moving on through lava fields, no one of them can deny a power within them. In these black and grey wastelands the last thing they would expect is life. Just so, until they stand right in front of a group of human-like beings, dressed all in white. First, unsure of their nature and intentions, Gaga and the other crew members try to hide. But the white-dressed, greet them with wise but rational words. They call themselves the „spritual ones/non-binary ones“, and explain their purpose as keeping together the energy of Chromatica - the name of the planet the crew landed on. Chromaticas energy source comes from the magma inside, a force older than anything else. This explains the power and healing Gaga and the other members were experiencing. It came from the inner core of the planet - transported directly through the active volcano. The spiritual ones refer to it as a female energy, Therefore the volcano as the source of energy is called Mothers Peak. The Spiritual ones are the only tribe capable of handling her gift without destroying it. Not abusing it for their own, but only for good. As Gaga asks them for help to leave this planet, the spiritual ones advise her, to head to the capitol. But they also advise her and the crew to be careful on the way. The Junkyard Scavengers are close by, always looking for the next best thing to collect and trade in the capitol - outcasts of the intergalactic society are worth alot if they get traided as slaves. With the sun on their side, the crew aims to the capitol, located behind a desert… Check out Part 1 - ALICE BAY
