I really like to go to the forest and take a walk, it relaxes me a lot and I can workout a little bit there. Also I like to the the mountains and part of the city from there.

I do go to the gym, but I take care myself more, and I go when there’s no people in the room.

I am not looking for anyone like that either haha But I guess in my country such people have a different mentality and there is a different view on them. Because there's this perception that pacers make fun of beginner gym users. And in many cases it really is so.

That’s what I’m working on. Nowadays I really don’t pay attention to other people if they look me bad or talk and laugh about me. I’m working on fixing myself for me, not for anybody else.

I wanted to make a space where people can suggest what they do for self care. Self care is so important. You deserve to feel happy and good about yourself.

To take care of yourself mentally and physically you can:

- workout

- listen to your favourite songs ( make a playlist of songs that make you happy )

- try a new recipe

- do a hobby you enjoy ( art, playing an instrument, etc )

- unplug for the day

- stretch

- go on a walk

- try something new

- meditate

- take a bath

I hope these ideas help you! Remember to take care of yourself 💗

I like that you mentioned trying a new recipe! I often cook to feel better. I really enjoy spending time in the kitchen, maybe listening to music 😌
