Hi everyone,  I just wanted to know if I'm the only one who really want to go to the chromatica ball but cant because it's to stressful to plan a trip,  found a place to sleep and found the arena in a place you never went.. I mean just the idea of all of this organisation makes my heart beat to fast lol and its just the big lines..

Hi guys,  My anxiety kept me for years to cut my hair short. Its sound very silly but, not to explain to much,  my hair was like a trauma for me, I always hated them and brought me a lot of shame.  I'm proud to say that I finally did it 😌 I cut my hair short this Monday,  I'm fucking proud of myself.  It was a long time work on my self confidence,  gaga helped me for a  couple of years now to built my strength a out myself little steps by little steps,  I cant really explain how..  It's als

And it has really been hard. It’s difficult to sleep well sometimes, but during the day I’m really focusing on controlling my monsters.

I was traveling yesterday to the capital city of my country, and I felt very anxious while coming back.

but know I feel okay. I just took a nap and it got a little bit better.

Try meditation and working out. If not you can start with medication, but go to a specialist first.

Meditation works really well for me. It makes me happy to realise that I take some time just for myself 😌

Guys, I tried meditation but I really can't do it. I don't know, I feel like falling asleep and that I'm just wasting my time 🤦🏻‍♀️ 

I wish it would work but I don't know what to do 😐

Working out actually makes me feel really good and energetic, especially with good music on :)

Maybe try using some sort of app for this, like Balance. And try to sit cross-legged so you don't fall asleep so quickly ;)

I have to try again 😂   I was using Calm, so I should try Balance as well

This really helps me a lot. I’ve made some playlists for my workout routines.

There are many options to choose from, you can focus on developing several skills such as breath focus, body scan, breath control, awareness and many more. There are modes where you can clear your mind before bed or even one that you can do on the go or while eating. Exactly. This app is very good. And I highly recommend it.

Dont say that , 😔 you need to put words on your anxiety, dont let it made you want to do a bad thing.

You can talk freely in here. But maybe try to but a trigger warning before for people who are sensitive to suicide thoughts

Its hard ,  sometimes I feel claustrophobic in big stores.  That's why if i had to go there i go  alone and put my headphones with gaga's music and go straight to what i came to do without paying attention to anything else than the music

I do the same... Otherwise I spend a lot of time and when I realized that I spent that much time I feel even more nervous...
